Leadership
I have only worked for values-led organisations, spanning public, private and voluntary sectors. I’m fortunate to have been the CEO of two organisations, and I have mentored several CEOs and leaders of other organisations, with members of my management teams also going on to become CEOs.
The three pillars of my executive leadership career to date have been at WRAP, Avon Wildlife Trust and Triodos Bank.
The roles have all involved delivering significant growth and transformation, whether as a pioneer of innovative sustainable finance schemes, developing nationally significant conservation programmes or financing ‘firsts’ in environmental/social entrepreneurship.
I have considerable experience of growing organisations and of major change, including having led the creation of a UK ring-fenced bank and overseen four major product launches. I have also had considerable experience of overseeing P&L performance, as well as managing regulatory and other risks.
I have a track record of building and leading management teams, including talent development and succession planning. I am proud to have delivered innovative programmes and corporate activism as well as the awards and accreditations that my teams and organisations have been given.
